~$650M / 60 stories / Brickell on the Miami River. Bugatti's first US branded residences, joining the Porsche / Bentley / Aston tower trend.
Bugatti is joining the other luxury car brands with a tower in Miami.
Bugatti Residences Miami is the marque's first branded residential project in the United States: about a $650 million, 60-story tower on the Miami River in Brickell. Developers Prosper Group and Versluys Group are behind it. Architecture is Brandon Haw; interiors Yabu Pushelberg. The offering is aimed at a 2027 sales launch.
This is not a one-off Miami bit. Porsche Design Tower already did it. Bentley Residences is in the mix. Aston Martin Residences too. Bugatti already has a branded tower story in Dubai; Miami is the US chapter.
So the pattern is clear: the badge is not only on the hood anymore. It is on the building.
Solid from the Bugatti newsroom and trade press: first US Bugatti residences, Brickell / Miami River site, ~60 stories, Prosper + Versluys, ~183 residences including four penthouses, sales window talked as 2027.
Treat as reporting, not a brochure: the ~$650M project value figure (Bisnow / The Real Deal and related coverage), exact unit mix pricing, and final service stack details until Bugatti and the developers put stickers and a sales book in front of buyers.
Porsche, Bentley, Aston already built the playbook. Bugatti just showed up with a riverfront Brickell tower. If you care about how luxury car brands extend the badge past the driveway, this is the story.
