Friday: a basically brand-new (NR, ~484-mi) 2021 812 GTS sold for 65,000.
Today: another one, about 1,700 miles on a 2022, sold for 61,000.
Dealers are still listing these convertibles around 00k. On the US/Canada board as of Sep 21, the spider/convertible ask median sits near 99,000 (n=129).
What that gap means
Auction hammers and dealer list prices are telling different stories on the same open-top 812 row. The clears landed in the mid-60ks. The asking tape is still clustered near nine hundred.
That does not mean every listed car is "wrong." Options, color, miles, and dealer mix all move the sticker. It does mean recent cleared money is running well under the typical ask.
