The one-off NSX Roadster concept from Marvel's The Avengers is live on Cars & Bids with no reserve, and the winning bid goes to charity. It runs, but it can never be registered.
Acura is selling the one-off NSX Roadster concept that Robert Downey Jr. drove as Tony Stark in the closing scene of Marvel's The Avengers (2012). It's a no-reserve auction, live now on Cars & Bids, and 100% of the winning bid goes to charity. As of Oct 18, 2026, 10:18 AM ET, the current bid is $77,777 after 7 bids.
Acura's LA design studio styled the roadster to preview the second-generation NSX. Trans FX in Oxnard, California, then hand-built a resin and fiberglass roadster body over a 1991 first-generation NSX.
Under that body it's still the donor car. The odometer shows about 252,000 miles, and it keeps the 3.0-liter V6 and 5-speed manual, so it actually drives. It wears the screen-used "STARK 33" plate.
It's a movie prop with no VIN, sold on a bill of sale. It can't be titled, registered or driven on public roads, and the sale is subject to an Acura usage agreement. The car is in Torrance, California.
A street-legal NSX it isn't. What's for sale is a piece of Marvel and Acura history that still runs. Would you bid on a car you can only drive off the road?
