Porsche Design and Miami developer Newgard are building private car clubs in West Palm Beach and Dallas, each with 22 garage studios you actually own. Invitation only, opening in 2028.
Your dream garage just got a Porsche badge. Porsche Design, the brand's lifestyle arm, has teamed up with Miami developer Newgard on Porsche Design Concours: private car clubs where you buy your own garage studio instead of renting a spot in a storage building. The first two are coming to West Palm Beach, Florida, and Dallas, Texas.

Each location gets 22 studios, so 44 in all, ranging from 2,700 to 6,000 square feet. These aren't just big boxes with a roll-up door:
You can't just sign up. Studios are sold by invitation only. Here's the twist, though: you don't need to own a Porsche. Ferrari, vintage Mustang or a little bit of everything, collectors of every make are welcome. Both sites are targeted to open in 2028, and both companies say more US cities are planned after that.
What will it cost? Nobody knows yet. Porsche's Sep 28, 2026 announcement didn't include any pricing, and neither company has published studio prices or club fees.
