The only Veyron Grand Sport Vitesse with a bare polished-aluminum body, chassis 8.100, has been certified and returned to its original specification by Bugatti's heritage program and now lives with a new owner on the French Riviera. No price was disclosed.
The History Trust of South Australia has sold the 2008 Veyron EB 16.4 that was a headline exhibit at the National Motor Museum in Birdwood. The buyer is reportedly Adelaide businessman Yasser Shahin and the price is believed to be about AUD $2 million; the Trust confirmed neither.
